There were definitely enough customization options for my logo, so that part was nice. I did get a bit confused in a few spots, though maybe I just missed something obvious. It took me a couple tries to get it the way I wanted. In the end it turned out okay, but I wouldn’t say the process was super easy.

The original quote was mostly accurate, but when the final total came through, there were a few extra fees I wasn’t expecting. It wasn’t a huge difference, but it was frustrating because I thought everything had already been laid out. I ended up having to raise the issue and ask for a clearer breakdown before anyone really explained it.
